Set your pricing: Determine your pricing for your services based on your experience, skills, and the complexity of the project;
Provide high-quality service: Provide exceptional service that exceeds the customer’s expectations. Communicate clearly and regularly throughout the project, listen to their feedback, and deliver a final product that is of high quality and reflects their vision.

The customer browse and choose one of our professional creators that match his vision and budget;
The customer uploads his footage, images, and other media files to the creator via platform. The customer provides a brief description of their vision and goals for the short movie.
The video editor uses their skills and creativity to create a short movie that reflects the customer’s vision and goals.
The creator uploads the finished movie to the customer via Your Movie platform.

Ordering video creating services from a Creator typically involves the following process:

The customer browse and choose one of our professional creators that match his vision and budget;
The customer chooses a service package: Service packages usually come in different tiers, each with varying levels of service, features, and pricing. Customers choose a service package that best suits their needs and budget.
The customer pays the final price for services he chose.
The customer provides a brief description of their vision and goals for the short movie.
The customer uploads his footage, images, and other media files to the creator via platform.
The creator uploads the finished movie to the customer via Your Movie platform.

Video creation is an art form that requires a high level of creativity, imagination, and skill. Every video creator has their own unique vision and creative perspective, which they bring to each project they work on. This means that each video created is a personal expression of the creator’s artistic sensibilities and ideas.

It’s important to understand that, just like any other art form, video creation is subjective. What one person may find captivating, another may not enjoy as much. Therefore, it’s not always possible to please everyone with a single video.

To get the best possible experience, it‘s essential to:

Carefully choose a creator. Sample videos, ratings, reviews will give you better picture of a creator;
Describe what video do you want;
Send photos or video footage only those what you want to be included in the movie;
Maintain close communication with the creator.

For uploading photos or video footage, Your Movie uses Amazon Web Services (AWS). While AWS is a reputable data cloud service providers, a customer has to familiarize with AWS’s T&C and Policy Privacy to continue Your Movie services. However, Your Movie platform is designed to share photos and video footage only between a customer and a creator.

After every successful movie, you will be charged 20% of movie price as shown in your service package.

Running a marketplace platform requires significant resources, including the development and maintenance of the platform itself, customer service and support, marketing and advertising to attract new customers and creators, payment processing, and other administrative costs. These costs are typically covered by the fees charged to customers and creators.

You will be charged 10% in addition to the movie price as shown in creator’s service package you chose.

Rest assured that Your Movie has implemented a secure payment system to protect your funds when using Your Movie platform. When you purchase a video creating service, Your Movie holds the funds until the creator finishes creating the movie and both parties are satisfied with the final product. This helps ensure that you receive the high-quality video you paid for and that the creator is fairly compensated for their work.

In the unlikely event that the creator does not deliver the video as expected, or if it does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, Your Movie will refund the funds to your e-wallet. From there, you can choose to withdraw the funds or use them to purchase another movie creation service.

At Your Movie, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the movies they receive. If, for any reason, you believe that the movie you received is not successful, you have 7 calendar days after receiving it to raise a dispute.

To begin the dispute process, we recommend that you first communicate with the creator and express your dissatisfaction. Often, creators are willing to make adjustments or changes to address your concerns and ensure that you are happy with the final product. If you are unable to come to a satisfactory agreement with the creator, you can open a dispute through your account or by emailing us at disputes@yourmovie.co.uk.

To ensure that a movie is created according to your needs and preferences, it’s important to provide your creator with all the relevant information. At Your Movie, we offer a specific requirements form that you can fill out, providing as much information as necessary.By completing this form, you can give your creator a clear understanding of your ideas and requirements for the movie. This helps to ensure that the final product meets your expectations and is tailored to your specific needs.

Creators on Your Movie platform offer services with different pricing models that may or may not include revisions. If a customer anticipates the need for revisions to their movie, it is advisable to consider purchasing a service package including revisions in advance to ensure that the necessary revisions can be made within the given timeframe.

Yes. Creators may showcase sample videos on their advertisements, subject to their own discretion. However, it is important to note that creators cannot publish any completed movie on Your Movie platform without obtaining the explicit permission of the customer who owns that movie.

When selecting a creator on a short movie making platform, there are several factors you can consider to assess their skills and experience:

Portfolio: Review the creator’s portfolio of past work to get an idea of their style, quality, and range of experience. This can help you determine if their previous work aligns with your expectations for your project.
Ratings and Reviews: Check the creator’s ratings and reviews from previous clients to see what others have said about their work. This can give you an idea of their communication, professionalism, and ability to meet deadlines.
Communication: Before choosing a creator, communicate with them about your project, goals, and expectations. This can help you gauge their responsiveness, understanding of your project, and willingness to collaborate.
Credentials and skills: Look for any credentials or certifications that the creator may have, such as video editing school degrees or awards. These can indicate a level of expertise in the field.

Your Movie platform offers an e-wallet system to facilitate transactions between customers and creators. Here’s how it generally works:

The customer purchases the services via Your Movie platform using their debit, credit card or PayPal. Alternatively, customers can add funds to their e-wallet on the platform using a credit card, debit card or PayPal.
Once the movie is completed and the customer approves the work, the funds are released from Your Movie account and transferred to the creator’s e-wallet.
Creators can then withdraw the funds from their e-wallet to their bank account or use the funds to pay for other services on Your Movie platform.

Your Movie provides a convenient option for customers to upload all photos or video footage to their selected creator through the integrated Amazon Web Services feature on Your Movie platform. This eliminates the need for customers to use external methods to upload their media. Once the services are purchased, customers can easily send all relevant photos and video footage to their selected creator directly through Your Movie platform.

Once the movie is completed, the creator can conveniently send the finished product directly to the customer who purchased the services through Your Movie’s platform.

The creation time for a movie project on Your Movie platform may vary depending on various factors, such as the creator’s availability, the service package selected by the customer, the length of the movie, and the amount of footage involved.

Your Movie provides an internal communication system that allows customers and creators to communicate with each other at any time, from project inception to completion. Your Movie strongly recommends that customers maintain open and frequent communication with their creators to ensure the best possible experience.

On Your Movie platform, it is generally not possible to negotiate the price of a service package. The prices for services are usually set by the creators based on their expertise, experience, and other factors, and are not subject to negotiation.

If the creator does not deliver the project in time without any explainable reason and does not answer to any of message, the agreement between both parties will be cancelled and all funds paid by customer for movies making services will be refunded to his e-wallet.

In this case, the creator may receive a warning, or may be temporarily or permanently suspended from using the Your Movie platform, depending on how many times such behaviour is reported.

Customers who feel that the Movie they have received is unsatisfactory have a period of 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to raise a dispute. In the first instance, it is recommended that the customer attempts to resolve the issue by communicating with the creator and expressing their dissatisfaction with the Movie. If the two parties are unable to come to a mutually agreeable solution, the customer can open a dispute through their Account or by contacting us at disputes@yourmovie.co.uk.

Our team at Your Movie will work to assist the customer in resolving the issue in the best possible way. However, it’s important to note that creators use their own unique style, imagination, and passion to create Movies. Therefore, it’s crucial that customers carefully review the creator’s video examples on their Public Profile or discuss their preferences and expectations for the Movie with the creator before selecting them. It is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to choose a creator who can meet their needs and clearly communicate their requirements and expectations.

Once the creator has completed the movie and transferred it to the customer, and the customer has approved it, the ownership of the movie transfers to the customer. At this point, the customer has the right to use and manage the movie, including making any necessary edits, distributing it, or otherwise using it for personal or commercial purposes.

You must be at least 18 years old and be legally allowed to set up an Account in your jurisdiction. You are not allowed to use the Your Movie Services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Certainly, it’s highly recommended that you rate creators on the Your Movie platform. By doing so, you’re not only helping other customers to understand the quality of a creator’s work, but you’re also assisting the Your Movie platform and the creators themselves. This is because everyone can view the reviews, and it provides valuable feedback for creators to improve their skills and enhance their work.
